A hands-on studio exploration of book arts and independent publishing. Topics include various layout methods, printing technologies, bookbinding structures, and distribution channels, contextualized by an introduction to historical and contemporary artistic, literary, feminist, queer, and BIPOC radical publishing models that challenge conventions.
