Grading Basis: Graded

Use a peer mentoring model to further develop knowledge of pathways and careers in CAHNR fields for regional campus, campus change, and transfer students. Students will deepen their understanding of their majors and career goals through exposure to diverse professional pathways, facilitated by guest speakers from and across the CAHNR disciplines. A central feature of the course is its mentorship component, which pairs students with peers from similar majors fostering meaningful connections that enhance students’ awareness of academic opportunities, campus resources, and potential career trajectories.
